Anti-Inflammatory Protocol Package is designed especially for those with inflammatory conditions including chronic pain, arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid) or one of several auto-immune conditions that result in inflammation. The goal of this package is to reduce pain and stiffness and lower markers of inflammation.

I’ll teach you the specific substances found in food and beverages that promote inflammation and which foods these substances can be found in, as well as which foods are evidence-based to have anti-inflammatory properties.

The package is divided into 3 sessions of an hour each and you will be provided with a written handout for each session that will serve as a resource for you afterwards. In total, you will receive 27 pages of handouts.

The Anti-inflammatory Protocol will enable you to avoid foods that are documented to promote inflammation and to eat foods that are nutrient dense and/or have beneficial constituents / documented to reduce inflammation.

The Anti-inflammatory Protocol addresses four key areas known to be important contributors to chronic and autoimmune diseases, including;  nutrient density, gut health, hormone regulation and immune system regulation.

In the first session, I will provide you with an overview and the begin to cover some specific foods to avoid, and the rationale for doing so.

In the second session, I will provide you a list of spices that should be avoided and why, as well as those spices that are fine to eat. I will also elaborate on what ‘nightshades’ are, and the specific reasons why these should be limited and what fruit and vegetables fall in this category. I will also provide you with information about spices that fall in the nightshade category. I will also teach about why limiting alcohol and sugar-substitutes that are sugar alcohols is helpful. Finally, I will cover natural sugar substitutes, such as stevia and agave.

In the third session, I will cover emulsifiers and thickeners that are common in many foods and which ones should be avoided, and why. Finally, I will present all the foods in different categories that should be eaten on an Anti-inflammatory Protocol, and why.
