Histamine or Tyramine Intolerance – specialty hourly service

If you have been diagnosed with either histamine intolerance or tyramine intolerance or suspect that you have one of these, then this one-hour specialty package will teach you which foods to limit to reduce symptoms.

A low tyramine diet can help improve symptoms for those with certain types of migraines, and may also play a role in improving symptoms for those with  idiopathic hypertension. A low tyramine and histamine diet may be helpful for those with Mast Cell Activation Disorder / Syndrome (MCAD / MCAS).
