Improving Iron Status From Food – specialty hourly service


The Improving Iron Status hourly service is for those that have low iron status and who want to learn how to improve their iron status from food.

In the first part of the session you will learn about the different types of iron, the best dietary sources of these, as well as how to improve iron absorption.

The second part of the session will teach you about the different types of foods and beverages that contain substances that interfere with iron absorption, and how to take these into consideration when planning your high iron meal of the day.

Step-by-Step instructions for Booking Your Appointment:

    1. Select / purchase your service(s)
      Select the Hourly Consultation
    2. Download the Intake and Service Option Form & fill it out (Form for Canada, Form for Outside of Canada)*
      Check off the Hourly Consultation and mark Improving Iron Status in the Goals and Expectations section of the form
    3. Email completed form and any available recent blood test results to the email address on the form
    4. Let me know your preferred days and times (in PST) for your first appointment

Should you prefer to remit payment for services via e-transfer, please make the e-transfer out to the business name, be sure to add the GST to the cost of services (done automatically on the web page), and send it to the email address on the forms. For security purposes, it will be automatically deposited.
