Menopause Management Package

NOTE: this is for paying for services via credit card. To save the credit card charges, you can send an e-transfer when you book an appointment . For your security, the e-transfer will be automatically deposited. I would be glad to send you an invoice with the tax already calculated to make it easy. 

The Menopause Management Package is designed designed for ‘women of a certain age’ who are struggling with symptoms of peri-menopause, or menopause. This package addresses weight gain, fat accumulation around the mid-section, muscle loss, insulin resistance and/or prediabetes or type 2 diabetes.  This package provides 3 hours of services.

Step-by-Step instructions for Booking Your Appointment:

As easy as 1-2-3

1. 1. Download the Intake and Service Option Form (available under the Services tab) to your desktop, and fill it out on your computer* (not by hand, please).
   2. Email the completed pdf form, any available recent blood test results to the email address on the form.
   3. Pay for your services below via credit card or send an e-transfer and save the credit card charges

*You can download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to complete the pdf form, if you don’t already have it on your computer.
