- No doctor’s referral is required to book an appointment unless your specific extended benefits plan requires it.
- I frequently work with couples and multiple members of the same family. Each person is assessed individually and Meal Plans are designed to work together (no need for different meals).
- I am booking 2-3 weeks ahead, but I do have a cancellation list.
- If your situation is clinically urgent please let me know and I will fit you in as soon as possible.
- Appointments are made via email.
- The length of time required for each appointment varies based on the services chosen. As a result, online booking is unavailable.
- My clinical hours are listed below.
- While I don’t bill directly, I make sure to provide receipts that are formatted to your extended benefit’s provider(s) needs. Packages are broken down into their individual services and the dates and times of each service are provided on the final receipt so that they are easily and quickly reimbursed.

- Payment options are outlined on this page.
- I no longer offer free discovery calls, but you can book an Hourly Consultation to meet with me to discuss your needs. Should you decide during that appointment to go ahead with services, any remaining time can be “banked” for follow up, after completion of a package.
- If you aren’t sure which service(s) to take, please complete the Intake and Service Option Form available here, let me know the one(s) you are considering when you send it in, and I will reply.

Referral Form
If you are a doctor’s office and want to refer a patient, please download the referral form and send it with the supporting documents to the fax number indicated on the form.

If you have questions that are not answered above, then you can send a note using this form. We usually respond within 24 hours during the work week, or 48 hours after returning from a weekend or statutory holiday.
Please do not provide a Shaw email address as their 3rd party email client frequently bounces incoming or reply emails, making communication both frustrating and unreliable.
